I’m Helen Manders, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, having qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2001.
I’ve helped thousands of people move better and feel better—working in the NHS, private hospitals, and professional sport. In 2009, after starting my family, I opened my own purpose-built clinic to support my local community.
